Craft a Neitiznot Shield on Neitiznot (Hard Diary Task)

Location	Neitiznot; teleport to Camelot, go north towards Sinclair Mansion then follow the western path to reach Rellekka where you can travel by boat to Neitiznot. Use your hammer with the tree stump to begin making the Neitiznot shield.
